Thank you very much for the resources provided by your site. I am the Quality manager for a USAF contractor operating in the Middle East. Although the program has existed for 15 years, our involvement only goes back six months. Our quality journey is just beginning. I am using your tools to try to refresh my senior citizen brain on things I supposedly learned ten years ago. As we develop our metrics, we may have to purchase commercial programs, but for now I will use, and share, your tools. I most certainly will credit your web site and the authors.
